"Its good item vs swain and some other mids maybe vlad also but i dont think its good on many mages. Lux could use it because cdr is good on her and gives good ap and mana regen she honestly is mage i see it most useful for. "

I think they recently updated it ques are longer but there more accurate and players are more you skill level. I noticed i been winning alot more games not sure if thats related maybe im just...

"In all serious no reason to play him bot when he counters alot of top lanes. He wins most lanes and has alot of poke later in game still and good dmg. Hes good through hole match if you ask me similar to ezreal he is good through all stages. "
