For example there are few odd champs.
Akali needs very specific one and ryze.
Also junglers will use attack speed reds often instead of ad or armor pen.
But they are correct in how it will fit most champs. "

Might be to much maybe reduce duration to 2 and make it 15%? IDK he needs something so hes not kited so easily. "
