"Riven kinda has one strongest hp regens in game so i can see why might been to much though. But having alot hp regen and low cd shield is kinda op. "

"Well according to other site i linked. There is also a buff they fixed some bug with it not doing increased dmg with his passive so maybe its similar to rumble they fixed some critical bugs that would made him op so they had to nerf it? "

Champion Pricing & Timing Changes
Sounds good to me.. ill likely never buy champs day one though ill say the ip and wait one week. Glad price drops on champs will be regularly now when new champ is out.
