"I would switch the masteries my personal opinion.
Legendary armor not worth it at all. Reduces crowd control much more important this is wukong who will need less cc to effect him to get into a team and ult. Also i would take defender. It does not seem like much i know 1 mr but think about it."

Elise under rated?
I think shes honestly one of strongest new champs in a long while. She is very strong top lane wins almost all lanes top and can mid also. She is very strong early on and kinda falls off later but...
