Aparently the costs to build tanky is going up in s3.
I read in forum post on lol that cost is going to go up for tanky sort items and just armor and magic res in general i think. They want stop people from being super tanky and doing losts dmg so now...

"Talon mid is fine... You dont go for kill right away most mids dont have armor so you just w minins and hit them at same time and dodge there skill shots with your high movement speed. "

I just noticed ever since her last buff she has rased alot in rankings. 4th highest win ratio for this week and 5 if you go by month. Shes just below amumu which for some reason dominates solo que...

How viable are none dmg runes on mages?
Saying running something like.
Magic pen red
Mana regen yellow
flat magic res blues
movment speed quints
Would this work on any mages?

New tt did not change any thing
3 brusiers still best way to win. Go jax, darius and jarvan or something like that and you will win against a balanced team who went one adc, a mage and a tank dps.
