If you ask me they should split up all 3 jungle items into there own path similar to all 3 support items where you get some gold genera"

By time you get your jungle item fully upgrade the lane phase is about over or at least half done so you dont get full effect of the passives that give junglers more gold once towers are down you wont be farming as much it will be about drag and grouping. "
