Hecarim jungle speed much faster i know it seems minor but test him now... might warrant a 8 in jungle speed IMO now early on much better speeds.
Same with fid.... return of jungle fid? :D"

"Any way so far honestly biggest change IMO is chogath more reliable cc now and faster and eaiser to land....
also Hecarim and malphite changes could be pretty big.
I know Hecarim stuff seems small but i tried jungling him in PBE he is alot faster just from that bit % increase it did alot try "

Why can you edit runes in champion select screen...
Been bugging me for long time not sure why you cant... im starting to think its about money they want people buy rune pages instead of having a basic feature.
