"Nope it is not, he has bad scaling and is VERY dependant on his skills for damage output. He is sort of a mele ad caster, but with no stealth like talon."

"I always max q before w, unless I am being hardpressed in lane and need to farm with skills instead of aa's. But with qe combo I can do quite a bit of damage if they get close so they probably will let me farm a bit after I put the fear or Talon int hem xD"

"42 games played out of 100. 101 elo gained. Had a rough patch around 30 games but still ahead. Before my "project I had 28 losses and 21 wins, now 45-46. So 24 wins 18 losses. I really should be "close to home " but playing badly first 20 games and then better is not a winning concept"
