Posted a Comment: Jan 31st, 2012 "Now that is qualified Bullshit. At least some of it. His cleaver scales from 15-25% and with a minimum of 80-280 health. His W puts out 40-100 damage per second, plus 0.2/ap. Not too bad scaling for aoe damage aura. And E, even at full health and lvl 18 you have almost 200 AD with no ad item"
