"Well like I said, 100 base stars, meaning, your max star is 100 at levels 1 -18 but it increases by 10 per champ kills, by 5 per assists, by 1 if you kill minion using Draco. Well anyways I'll be reducing the abilities if people who think this is way too much increase to 3."
