Posted a Comment: Jan 3rd, 2014 "why? you dont need to slow people as kat, youre picking kat for the damage she deals, and rylai's gives you more damage also by building randuins not only are you lowering the damage of your ult but a 50% slow isnt going to stop people with gapclosers or any cc for you"
