Posted a Comment: Dec 13th, 2013 "Q only applies on hit effects to the first target hit, so unless the guy is right in your face its gonna be a minion or something, but why not get zephyr+tabi over mercs? he uses every stat from zephyr and tabi is good for the passive it has"
