"ahris charm doesnt work on ignites true damage and her Q damage is a part of her kit so it makes sense that it works, whereas on talon and swain its not a part of their kit, i think the nerf sucks but its true
also why are they not touching jinx? or shyvana? im ok with that but theyre easily the "

"whats the range on his ult? in the spotlight it looked like he could ult from the whole other side of mid lane from turret to turret, also is his ult a point and click thing or if you press R it just takes you to the nearest knocked up champion"

"why would you cast it on an adc? they rarely build hp or resistances, you should be ulting the tankiest champion on the enemy team to get the most stats out of your ult so youre so ridiculously tanky that the adc cant kill you, if you can even get to him"
