kay i played with my friend and she was using gragas and has gragas been appearing blue to anyone else? like blue tinted

"just spam your abilities more and see if you can get blue buff, if your mid laner or jungler needs it let them but if you can get it then get it youll get more mana regen and CDR to stack your tear faster"

"its a nerf because most trundles builts spirit visage anyways and trundle was the only champion (other than irelia) that could get max tenacity but now he cant get max tenacity and honestly id have max tenacity than better healing that i could get from an item i built on him anyways"
