It won't affect your auto attacks, and it won't affect your Volley, both of which are probably around 90-95% of your total dps done in a game. ALL it would affect is your ultimate, which is a once per minute or so use ability. Even"

Posted a Comment: Dec 26th, 2011 "I use Armor Pen Reds/quints with AD yellows and AD+Mana regen/level blues, however many I need to get by mana wise. I find that my AD heroes such as Caitlyn are extremely mana starved, especially since I buy no +mana items. Being able to throw those AoEs out there like Pilt shot more often have help"

It's like comparing a super minion to a regular one. This guy is downright broken. Lvl30s using this guy for easy IP wins is practically cheating."

All you get in exchange for giving up 20 magic pen or +15% attack speed or whatever other stats is a mere +20 points of movement speed. If you really want to get around faster, get the Mobility boots instead. They bump you up to +122 outside of combat and are REAL"
