Word on the street is WW passive is being reworked to deal magic damage and heal and have the value stack higher per attack.
AKA Attack speed/on hit WW sounds like the business.

If it increases his speed, then mission accomplished.
Besides, I don't think he's the best jungle. If he can lane though, he'll be suuuch a good counterpick now ^_^
If anything, this improved his jungle.
Depending on the damage, his jungle speed could be greatly improved, but he'll still be a weak ganker and probably still has awful control of his own jungle between levels 1-5 :/

Replace TF with Frozen Mallet for more slow/hp for slightly less deeps.
I actually think his top lane will probly be borked now.
Also Pasha, yes, but they are changing how it works so that instead of being a chunky heal, it's going to be a heal and a magic damage value, that scale up per attack.
