Champions should be based on how often a champion is the MVP on a team
Winrate isnt cutting it when it comes to defining direct relationship to wins / losses and which champions are affecting that overall winrate most.
Each champion should have roughly a 20% MVP...

Sometimes there really is ... nothing you can do.
I know this is hard for some people to understand or acknowledge but the truth is ... in some matchups ( either champions or player ) there really isnt anything you can do without extra help....
