The problem isnt that cait is overpowered....
Its that shes probably the only ranged AD at the right place of balance compared to melee AD champions and assassins

Riot has this stupid belief that matchmaking is most successful if its goal is just to keep you at 50% winrate, this is bogus and the reason why we have stomps one way or the other so frequently....
