"I think that every champion can snowball if his team is doing well, but champions like Katarina and Veigar are very powerful if you can stack Mejai's Soulstealer at early game.
But in my opinion snowball isn't a great choice, you'll get focused always."

"Try Olaf, the Undertow makes him a very fast jungler, Reckless Swing is a strong ability on early game, Vicious Strikes will let you stack HP and have a great survival mixed with his passive (Berserker Rage), and the Ragnarok will save you 99% of the times.

"I think that if you want farm your Siphoning Strike you can get better results playing as Solo-Top but Wither and Spirit Fire are great abilities for ganking.
So in my opinion Nasus can be a good jungler."
