Posted a Comment: "Yes, 410 true damage is 410 kick*ss damage. It's almost half a warmog and a 50% healing reduction to boot. Just throw it on the 1st annoying looking guy you spot and it's golden. BTW, I really like the MR pen build, really destructive. I think BOTRK could be swapped for Wit's end + phage in some cas"

If they don't kill you, you'll smash them to pieces, but if they do, hey it's your job to take the blunt. Stacking it maybe a little difficult but losing stack require more work, it's viable as a 2nd item"

It gives you massive sustain through consume and your ult( seriously, I once refill 75% of my bar with the ult) and mana regen, not to mention it gives a cool passive to farm the jungle quicker + it's cheap, you can then opt for something else with more direct dam"
