Views: 597 The Current Situation and What I'll Do In Future
|
Hey summoners. I do believe I don't have much of a following, but for those of you who are curious as to where the past two patch thoughts have been, well here's your answer.
As of lately, I haven't been playing a lot of League of Legends, and would feel giving an opinion on the patch notes would be unfair and unjustified, particularly if I keep claiming that Veigar is overpowered every time he's mentioned. I don't actually know that given the current meta of League. Additionally, at the time of those patches coming out, I had finals to do and very little free time to spend that I used instead to relax and play another free to play game called Path of Exile. So as of right now, no I will not give my thoughts on patch 5.8, having not experienced it and not wanting to give an out of date opinion on it.
What about patch 5.9? Well, the summer has began, and I will dedicate some of my time to be playing League of Legends so I'll feel very confident giving my thoughts when I do, so that will be coming. Though right now I've thoughts on what they did to
Ashe, but I'll save that for the actual thoughts of patch 5.9.
So, in regard to the rest of the title; what will I do in regards to the future? Well that's not hard to think about, my plan is to do a thoughts of patch X.Y until I either quit doing that out of sheer boredom of repetitiveness, or until I face an untimely death. With that in mind, I also plan on doing some more opinionated things on this blog regarding League, and maybe DOTA2 as they both fall under the same genre. Would I like to do more? I would, but in the spirit of this site, I don't want to bring up topics or games that are not related to the MOBA or DOTA-type games, lest I do see a demand for it and can provide a supply.
Additionally right now what I'm planning on doing is either getting a job to hold over the summer, which would be wise to keep a full wallet, or dedicate myself to my own personal writings to better prepare myself for the future and my desired career. Before it's asked, no not fan-fiction or anything of the like, original works of fiction inspired by but in a world independent of certain media I've been exposed to in my life.
So does that all sound good to you guys? It better, since I don't have that huge audience some bloggers might have, I'm making my choices independent of you guys, and it should be known; at the end of the day this isn't a job, it's merely a hobby, something to do to develop skills in another area. Though I will treat this like a job, and should the audience present itself, I will let it bend my ear for moments at a time to hear their thoughts and opinions. So with that in line, I hope you all have a very pleasant day, and may you all become champions in your own right!

I plan on becoming a writer, yes. The plan is to become a published author, the dream of writers I suppose.
It's also good to know that information, I appreciate that very much, thank you!
Is it your plan to write novels and fictional stories or are you rather interested in writing essays, reports and all kinds of non-fiction literature?
It's also good to know that information, I appreciate that very much, thank you!
You can create blogs or threads concerning other video games for sure. There are for instance threads about Skyrim and Guild Wars and plenty of people are communicating and disussing in these threads.
I've noticed you sharing your opinions on the patches and changes to the game but personally I can't really comment on such things anymore as I've ceased playing the game.
Would you mind sharing more about your 'desired career'? Are you planning on getting a writer?
