Ah again it happened!
Played my last game to come into promo (B5 => B4).. and I get just enough points to NOT enter... now 99LP, thank you LoL :)
Really, is it bad luck or what´s the matter? It happened a few times now. Seems it´s on purpose. I could understand to do this in high ELO regions, but please, B5 should MOTIVATE you to play more and to try to improve...
So what will happen now: My average win rate is for sure not above 51%.. I will win next game, then fail 2 games, then will be back on 75LP or so. Damn!

no I play on EUW, sorry. Actually it turned out that I failed the first promo, but then I passed the second one, and now I am again on the rise, playing mostly Mordekaiser, a dream champ to play haha. Lets see, I always feel that constant win or loss streaks are odd and "unnatural" if you think about the factor of randomness. So it seems my playstyle really has some influence ;)

It sounds like you need to re-evaluate your playstyle a little bit. Remember that when looking at games in aggregate, you are the only variable - all other factors pointing to wins or losses will cancel out.
You just need to keep looking for a way you can change your playstyle to win games. The thing that got me past my silver league was learning how to dodge like 90% of skillshots, learning how to not take free damage, hitting 90% of my skillshots, and learning how to deal damage without taking any.
