You're supposed to hunt down the carries but with no cc-reduction, no gapcloser and only one stun to help him you won't get to the back of the enemy team. Posted a Comment: Mar 4th, 2013 "The masteries are really wacky. As a toplaner you should probably go for a 21-9-0 or 9-21-0. fiora is meant to be aggressive so 21-9-0 is probably the best option. The 9th point in the defensive tree gives you veteran's scars, which makes your early laning so much easier. "
