I think he's borderline overpowered, but I've heard Dyrus and Doublelift saying he's completely broken OP and they'd know better than me.

No, he's really not that strong. He's SLIGHTLY underpowered. Of course, his lane sustainability is just off the roof

Dr. Mundo is deffinitely one of my favourite champions (first one that poped in to my head) and I like to play him as a jungler, althaugh it's quite difficult until you get to level 6...
My second favourite would probably be Udyr.
