I said i'd give throat some competition and I was kinda bored and did this in champselect/queue/load screen while solo queueing. This isn't necessarily restricted to competitive play or solo queue, just who I think is the best in their respective roles atm. If someone is missing, it means don't play them, or I forgot :P. You can leave a comment below for clarification. Someone being ahead of someone in a tier DOES mean I think they are better or at least equal. An asterisk means they were changed in 3.9 and I'm a bit unsure of their placement.

on leblanc herself i haven't seen her enough since the rework but the consensus from the few people ive talked too and seen is that she is weaker.
taric is really weak as a support right now. as long as the adc stays out of his stun range and lets the support poke the fk out of him since he cant poke, he will run himself oom and eventually lose bush control meaning a lost lane.
Shouldn't he be at least above Soraka? OUTRAGEOUS!
Also, do you think Leblanc should be a little higher up, with her mimic rework? I've always thought she was comparable to Kassadin - both have a silence, both have burst, both have mobility, and both suck at CSing early game.
eve build: lizard elder, liandries, - situational
need mr - abyssal
need armor - sunfire/randuin/zhonya
elise-very strong roam, ridiculous damage going full ap, spiders and q are great poke and harass, great at standing in edge of vision and hitting a cocoon into a free kill. weak to long range and sustainers.
syndra-too hard countered by dive comps, not worth what she brings picking her willy nilly.
Why is elise mid placed so high? D: I thinks she sucks and gets shat on by every mage with a little range >.> (Obviously top & jungle are entirely a different story)
What's holding syndra back from being a higher tier?
Thoughts for best build on jungle eve?

People just hate teleporters. It's not exactly nice when a low health Ashe is saved by Shen's ultimate.
