"Quinn is like CAWWWWWW but yeah her passive and kiting is broken. you can build 2-3 tank items and still be dealing a lot every teamfght. bare minimum offensive items are bloothirster/blade of the ruined king and last whisper"

"statikk shiv has 1% more ms and bonus magic damage over phantom dancer. dunno why you would want a fizz passive without the damage reduction by getting phantom dancer unless you wanted that extra 10% AS and crit"

"either go full AD or AP on thresh. nonetheless thresh ADC can only be pulled off well if you have someone who has cc as your support so you can wombo combo. Ap thresh is situational and probably only countered by lux honestly"
