As you've probably read in my past posts I'm not good at Ranked...at all. I used to hardly EVER play it, but recently I have found myself playing it every day. The mute button really helps with the harassment. That's my main problem, the mean things that people say...it's discouraging, and henders best effort! Anyway, I've been demoted to Bronze V, but at least since I'm at a lower level I will be put with less competitive opponents (hopefully)! I've been getting more kills than I ever have in Ranked, and it's just an overall great feeling and experience! Glad I'm actually get to enjoy Ranked like everyone else. :) Now if only I could get promoted to Bronze IV again.

Besides that, judging from what can I see of your statistics on LoLking, you are playing exactly the right Division and Tier, you are supposed to play.

Item sets
Trhoatslasher said it already. Try some guides, modify them to your liking and you will get better. Not buying any boots is plainly suicidal move. You need some speed. And those 2 Rabadons you got for Ahri... :D You remind me of a Kassadin I was playing against in some game. He bought 4 of them :D Always read what those items do - i.e. Rabadon's passive bonus won't stack so you can't get more than +30% AP, which means instead of 2nd rabadons, you should get something else with 120 AP (zhonya, deathfire grasp, ...)
Your team role
Also you play all the lanes, which means you can't get really good in any team role, as each is different. Pick your main role, and your secondary role, for ranked games. Learn as much as possible how to play those roles properly, with which champions, and you can climb the ladder. On YouTube you can find pro games with commentary for any champion you would like to play. Watch them and improve.
Also picking the right champion for the right role is important (so you don't support with Ahri, don't go mid with Nunu, or jungle with Soraka and such.. :D)
Read, watch, practice and you can get even to the gold or Platinum - depends on how much time you spend improving.
