Frozen Mallet or Rylai's on AP Teemo
Ok, this might seem obvious (Rylai ofc!) but I saw some players recommend Frozen Mallet.
Why?
My explanation is that it still lets you burn stuff well with Q if you have Liandry's Torment,...
