"Hey Frillen, I recently played for the first time since the start of the new season, and the on-hit build took a nerf didn't it? It felt so strong before, but now it feels kinda weak :(

But, yeah I really prefer bloodrazor over cinderhulk. Maybe if I got to D3+ I'd switch to cinderhulk, but in plat/d4 I feel like bloodrazor is much easier to carry. Pretty tanky too"
