"I tried spell vamp with orianna in a bot game.... the passive actually worked with spell vamp and i ended up making a hextech gunblade and a nashor's tooth with atk speed boots since i had nashor's."

"Gotta say, this build is pretty nice in normal games and its so fun when my regen outdoes the dmg dealt on the other team and rage on about me haxing or something like that
