I got slot 5 and announced jungle or support. In the end i got support and since all other slots decided to take assasins and fighters I needed to take Thresh. The whole setting was:

Early Game
Miss Fortune and I had a good time. Leona was afk and we got first blood on Ezreal.
After Leona started to play it was much harder and I regreted to take Thresh, sinc he can not protect his adc against the sword move of Leona. Lulu would have been more effective with her W.
The other lanes had some trouble and we had some flaming in the chat.

Rest Game
The Rumble really got fed and my team did not set up any defense at all. (Including me I must say, since I sticked to my support build). All bigger teamfights ended in a desaster and we lost towers rapidly. After 30 minutes it was over.

Debriefing
- I need a special Thresh build, optimized to get tanky
