"In my opinion, Twisted Fate benefit more from AP build.
His Wild Cards and Pick A Card will hit like a cannon.
I have tested him many times and think that a good Twisted Fate will control his distance from his enemy.

He is less tanky because of his R nerf, and rely more isolate for his Q change.
