Asked a Question: Jan 11th, 2014 I think rabadon, since void staff amplifies your damage by a percentage, Raw ap is needed to increase your damage by a flat amount. let say a Q that deals 200 damage with 100% ap scaling vs......

I think this is better than rylai's since it provides 50%(?) slow AoE. prolly enough time for her to dish out full damage on her ult. Should I build this when playing toplane?
