Ofc he is strong but WHY DA **** would you ban him.
There are champs which are way more annoying:
Ali, Naut, Shen, Morg etc.

Pick Kayle or Bruiser Nida and kill him.

Why'd you do that o.O you'll most likely want to build MR which isn't
good for toplane in most cases
Galio top works as a counterpick to double AP, I believe he uses it to heal off the bleed and Poke Darius. Personally I never ban Darius I just run either Kayle, Yorick, or Vayne (Yes vayne) top to Beat/Deny/Outscale him.
