"I'm a noob comparing to you, but..if i can say, this build lacks of AP. I know that this is a support build, but Lulu abilities scale well, and would be a waste to leave them unused..What about a Morello's evil tome? It has a GP5 item, and when finished gives all the things that Lulu needs..And "

"i must admit that i didn't checked the list of the items that will be nerfed, but..FoN is one of the best Mres item in the game, all the armor and Mres stats of items will be decreased..I hope that champs can grow their own def, or LOL will become DOTA2."
