"Problem with atk speed vs is that you need to stick to the enemy to make use of it. But as you are kind of squsihe you not want to do that. Also there are champs that just do it better."

"It works. You can build is of you jungel him but else it is subbare the full Ap build. In jungel it gives you great baron dragon control."

"If your atk speed ist over 1 atk pre sek the dot does not tick as it refresh everytime befor it ticks. They fix it for teemo this patch would help on-hit fizz to but not a lot of ppl play that."
