You hit lvl 3 befor you go back to get 2 dorans (either a second one or bothe if you start boots) and you can't have enough gold for 2 dorans at lvl 3 if you don't get a kill so you have to play passiv and try to bust them with q w combo and only use e if its gett"

You have an endless ghoste so you can juke most skill shots be running around in your miniones also makes it easy to last hit as you can tank the minions quite a bit. Also you can poke quite hard "
