"So you only lost games in S3?
I see some junglers getting it because they want to stack penetration. After enchantment: warrior you can get another the brutalizer, which is great early game. Later in the game it's a choice between Youmuu's Ghostblade and The Black Cleaver."

"Less so than in team ranked I suppose. And the health packages don't seem to disappear quickly, so you could literally put down a few health packs behind the turret and go roam. The adc will also get more experience."
