"I am seeing many riven rune pages that have 9 cdr blues, 1 cdr quint. Is it better than the current runes here? Also is it a big difference if I build ravenous hydra, boots of lucidity, then black cleaver?"

"The nerf on Battle of Fervor in this patch 5.24 is insane! Now you can only stack fervor if get champion hits, and using abilities doesn't stack fervor anymore."
