I'm not sure, Moon. A Mantra-d ability gets extra effects based on Mantra's rank, not the ability's rank. Using Mantra on an ability other than the one you're maxing should still be fine."

For both kiting and sustain, maxing E second makes more sense. Maxing W increases its damage and the root duration, which is nice for teamfights, but the heal"

"I've got a bit of free time, so here's what I've been watching so far this season, by release date:
Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou is a comedy. It's not very good. Poorly paced and not funny. I dropped it after one episode. I'd steer clear of it unless you have an extremely high tolerance "

"I'd suggest setting it to the shortest game mode as well, Caucheka, just to speed things along. Regardless, I can be there Friday, but later in the weekend might prove problematic depending on whether or not my weekly AD&D game is going on."

I still want a CD reader on my computers. I like to buy physical CDs to play in my car, so being able to rip the files (at a bitrate of my own choosing) is useful to me. A DVD/Bluray reader is nice if I want to rent movies from Redb"
