"Ezreal/Soraka is a powerful lane if you let them poke you a lot. The solution, starting as early as possible, is just to not let them poke you a lot.
Ezreal's main poke, his Q, can be blocked by minions. Keep your minions between him and you to avoid it. He can still poke with E, but it scales"
