"Naut's ult doesn't put an effect on you at any time, so no. QSS will not effect the charge while it is moving, and QSS cannot be used during knockups. I'm not aware of any ways to fully avoid Naut's ult except to activate Zhonya's Hourglass (or die, but that's not exactly useful). Vlad's pool"
