How can I have a good game without a lose?
-Playing as support?
-Playing as Mid AP?
-Playing as jungle?
-or-
-Playing as Attack Damage Carry?
-Playing as support?
-Playing as Mid AP?
-Playing as jungle?
-or-
-Playing as Attack Damage Carry?
and if you can go 20-0 with ad tank
-Warding
-Racking up some kills for the lanes
-Being very tanky
So yeah, junglers are more efficient when supporting, with a little carry edge, but not a lot.
If you play support, play it well, if you play mid, play it well, if you play jungle, play it well etc.
However, if you want to carry, you might want to focus your strengths on ADC or APC.
Jungle might carry your team hard aswell, but then you need to gank a lot :P
