"9x - With the increased attack damage from Greater Seal of Strength, this helps out greatly with doing damage early and late game.
- Great for dealing damage and penetrating defense.

"Greater Glyph of Focus: This glyph is one of my personal favorites, reduces your global cd on your abilities, this has so much nice utility for any champion. So why not reduce that 2 sec cd on your rumble? equates to roughly 6 cooldown reduction with all 9 at lvl 1!

I would first like to say this is a nice guide. At the item build you said that the complete 5 set item gets you to the cap 40% CDR but adding it all up only gets you to 35%... am I missing something? "
