Posted a Comment: Dec 20th, 2012 "If you feel that talon doesn't need much MS use ArPen quints and vice versa. I've been using ArPen quints on talon for a long time now (until i saw this guide). All that i can say is that it depends on your play style. ArPen would give you a higher damage early and late-game. MS would, like vapor"

The build + the masteries and runes believe it or not, made it possible to kill with just one hit on miss fortune using only noxian diplomacy. I still lose in some of my games because of tea"
