"Yes, I've been using full ArPen marks and quints on talon over a year. Now I'm just going to see which would scale better on his quints.
I already changed my Seal- Flat armor Glyph- Magic resist Mark- Flat AD
but my Quints are still ArPen
Im thinking if i should change my ArPen quints to AD "

Ionian boots, YG, BT, IE, LW, GA. Low cooldowns, Nice utility, Good Burst, after the game with 19 kills my total damage was about 149K.
then when I saw your guide 2 days ago i tried it.
