That one maybe two creeps really going to make you lose your lane? Unless you are terrible, no. You will just harass him back and get ahead.
Don't mean to sound like I am defending the uploader, but you seemed to approach the video in a very crude way. I think the video was actually cool! I have seen that trick done two other times besides the video.

and anyways a real jungler could easily survive blue with just a pull.
Pretty much any jungler can survive blue without a pull, but pulls are used for speed and sustain on your jungler.
