Thornmail's damage doesn't factor in damage reductions so you'll actually be getting 30% of the damage you dealt times the Damage Multiplier from your Magic Resist. You can't lifesteal your way back since Lifesteal takes into consideration damage reductions."

"Lore needs a bit of tweaking but is acceptable.
Iron Will needs a slight buff. It's okay for Level 1 - Level 3 but is useless afterwards. 12 Armor and Magic Resist won't make a difference when you're Level 18. Also, you didn't type how long the buff lasts.

Lore needs a lot of rework. It doesn't make sense either.
His passive is like Caitlyn's Passive + Irelia's Hiten Style's True Damage. Very unoriginal.

"Ashe + Xin Zhao was my favorite duo lane but because of Xin Zhao's nerfs it isn't viable anymore (or Xin Zhao for the matter).
Graves + Poppy is devastating. You can burst someone's health away with just one combo.
Caitlyn + Taric. Pretty simple but powerful combination.
