"Yeah, the movement speed boost from the passive gets nerfed for ranged, but you still get the %MS on top of the passive boost.

As for farming late-game, yeah splitpush. Only way to do it other than a long ass siege where you have shit like caytlin or gragas just farming from afar whilst poking.
