"Rushing sunfire cape works because you mitigate both AD (armor/health) and AP (health) and gain a damaging aura which helps with split-push/farm/chase. Not only that, but the aura gets progressively worse, as the damage doesn't scale, so you benefit the most from it early-mid game."
